эк. тр. ненормированный рабочий день, ненормированное рабочее время (особый режим работы, при котором отдельные группы работников самостоятельно распоряжаются своим рабочим временем, как правило, при условии выполнения определенного объема работы за период, но без четкого определения начала и конца рабочего дня)
